(CSE: VEGN) (FSE: VGP) (OTCQB: VGANF) (“Plant&Co” or the “Company”), a modern health and wellness company curating delicious plant-based foods, is pleased to announce that further to the news release on January 4, 2022 it has closed on the acquisition of a majority interest in LumberHeads Food Co., a boutique plant-based snack food manufacturer based in Ontario, Canada.
